What we collect

When you send an enquiry we store the details you give us (name, email, optional phone and country, trip preferences and your message) and, if present, the website or campaign that brought you to us. When you subscribe to our newsletter we store your email address and language.

Why

We use your details only to answer your enquiry, plan and run your climb, and, if you subscribed, to send you our newsletter. We never sell or share your data for advertising.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored on our own server in the European Union and exchanged by email through our mail provider (IONOS). Newsletter emails include an unsubscribe link and require confirmation of your address (double opt-in).

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. It stores the page that first brought you to the site in your browser for the current session only, so we know how you found us if you send an enquiry.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe from the newsletter. Just write to us at the address on this site.
